Randy Hayley joined The Royal Canadian Legion National Headquarters in 2015 after an extensive operational sales career with a Canadian National Media Company. He is an Associate member of the Legion and joined the Headquarters in the Member Services department where his team began the modernization of the Legion membership experience. In 2023 he was appointed the organization’s Director, Corporate Services and Strategic Planning and joins the Legion National Foundation as National Coordinator.
