Bruce Julian is the Immediate Past President of the Legion’s Dominion Command. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Royal Canadian Ex-Services League (RCEL) Committee and is a member of the Going Forward Committee.
A member of Beachville Branch #495, located northeast of London, Ontario, since 1977, Bruce has been deeply involved in Legion activities throughout his life. He has held numerous positions at the Branch, Zone, District, and Provincial Command levels. Bruce now joins the Legion National Foundation Board of Directors as Vice Chair.
